As a UX Designer, finding new and impactful ways to educate and empower users is key. Assisting users to be the best they can be in their respective journeys is the main motivation for myself.
With experience in human-centric design partnered with my experience in photography and cinematography, it truly gives me a special definition of what design is. Design is a new solution to a business problem, a new medical technology to improve lives, a form of self-expression and everything in-between.

User testing and evaluative research are key steps I take to ensure that what's designed adequately covers the bases and quick changes can be made for minimizing risks and increasing efficiency.
When we understand user problems and business needs, there's always that itch to design a solid and fitting solution. In my process, though, I don't limit myself to just interfaces. I've expanded my scope to include designing a myriad of experiences outside of technology - like processes.
Establishing the right metrics to collect quality data is important to understand the performance of a solution and how we can continue to improve. Not only with users but ensuring all the necessary goals are met, too.
